Application for admission for Pre-nursery for the School Year 2026/27

  1. Age:
Pre-Nursery: Children born before 31st August 2024
  1. If the birth year of your child cannot be selected for the appropriate class (repeater or delayed entry students) in the online system, parents are kindly requested to visit the school in person during office hours for registration after 8 September, 2025 (please use the Bonham Road entrance).
  2. Submission of Application Form：
    1. Application for admission for Pre-nursery will be open from 5/9/2025 (Fri) to 24/11/2025 (Mon). Please fill in the online application form and submit.
    2. Application fee of HK$40 should be paid by Paypal (via credit card).
    3. The paid application fee is not refundable under any circumstances.
  3. Interview Arrangement
    1. For Pre-Nursery, the interview will be conducted on 6 December 2025.
    2. Interview will be arranged for all successful applicants. Details will be informed through email on or before 28 November 2025.
    3. Support is provided for NCS students during admission interviews, specific teachers would be assigned to help with translation services or using English as medium during the interview; or NCS student accompanied by relatives who know Chinese
  4. Admission Criteria
    1. Interview performance of the child.
    2. Priority will be given to applicants who meet the following requirement(s):
      – Parents are the employ of our school / our school manager.
      – Sibling(s) are the graduate / student of our kindergarten.
  5. 6.Announcement of Admission Results
    1. For Pre-Nursery, the result will be announced before 19 December 2025 by email.
  6. Pre-Nursery Registration
    1. Successful applicants: the first and second rounds of registration will be held on 10/1/2026 and 28/2/2026 respectively. Please complete the registration procedures and pay for the registration fee of HK$970 in person on the specified date as shown in the admission notice.
    2. Applicants on the waiting list: If there is any vacancy, we will notify the parents to come for the registration and pay for the registration fee.
    3. The registration fee will be deducted from the school fee for September 2026. Should parents decide to change school after registration, a written notification to the Nursery is required. The registration fee will not be refunded.
